About

We are exactly
who you need.

(yes, we know everyone says that.)

Here's the difference: we can back it up.

We are the people who answer when you call. Not an auto-reply, not a ticket system, not a form that routes to three different departments. A real person who already knows what you're making, who you need on set, and how fast you need it sorted.

How we got here

We started because we were tired of watching international productions land in Spain and spend the first two days untangling exactly the kind of problems we'd spent years learning to prevent. Permits that didn't account for the actual location. Crew that looked great on paper and fell apart under pressure. Suppliers who'd never worked with a production that didn't speak Spanish. Same story, on repeat, every season.

We are the fix for that. Literally — that's the word we use. Whether you need one operator for one day or a full crew for three weeks, the job is the same: take the noise off your plate and make sure the shoot runs. The rest is details. We like details.

We've been at the permit office at 8am arguing about a form that needed a different stamp from a different department in a different building. We won that argument.

We know which locations photograph beautifully and which ones come with a caretaker who will single-handedly derail your schedule. We know which councils move fast and which ones need a nudge — and we know exactly who to call to deliver that nudge. We know which gaffer will fix your lighting rig in twenty minutes and who you should never book for a 6am call.

That knowledge isn't on a database. It's in us. That's the whole point.

What we are not

We are not a crew marketplace. We don't have a portal. We don't send you a spreadsheet of profiles and wish you luck with the selection process. There are several apps for that, and they are fine for what they are.

We're for the people who want to make one call — or send one message — and know it's handled. Who want a recommendation, not a shortlist. Who would rather trust someone who's been there than take a chance on whoever's available on a platform.

We are also not trying to be the biggest production service in Spain. We're not interested in volume for its own sake. We're interested in doing this well, for productions that care about doing things well. It keeps the work good and the relationships honest. Everybody wins. Especially your shoot.

How we like to work

Direct. You talk to one person. That person knows everything about your project. They've already been thinking about it since your first message. There are no handoffs, no "let me check with the team," no out-of-office replies that don't name a backup.

Fast. Not because we say we do — but because we know what slow costs. A delayed permit, a wrong crew member, a missed transfer. We've seen what that does to a production day, and we have no interest in being that kind of story.

Honest. If something isn't possible in your timeframe, we'll tell you. If the location you want is a nightmare to permit, we'll tell you that too — and suggest a better one. We are not the people who tell you what you want to hear and sort it out on set.

Who we are

Small. On purpose. The people you talk to are the people doing the work. There's no account manager in between, no layer of junior coordinators relaying messages. You'll have a direct line before the first recce.

We are based in Madrid. We work nationwide — from the Canaries to the Basque Country, from Almería to Galicia. We know which bits are worth the trip and which bits require planning two weeks ahead to get a permit through. Spoiler: it's not always the obvious ones.

We've worked on both sides — as crew, as producers, as coordinators, as the people who stepped in when something fell apart. We know what it feels like to need something sorted fast and not be able to get through to the right person. That's why we pick up the phone.

Why Spain

Because it's genuinely one of the best places in the world to shoot. The light in Andalucía. The scale of the Madrid skyline. The desert outside Almería — which has doubled for everything from the Middle East to the American West and will continue to do so because it just works. The white villages. The coastline. The architecture from three different centuries all within the same frame.

The only thing that makes Spain hard to film in is not knowing Spain. That's where we come in.

We are [we are] CREW.
And we're very good at this.
