Permits, locations, logistics, transport, crew, suppliers — and every small disaster in between. One fixer, one contact, all of Spain. You tell us what you want to shoot. We make sure Spain says yes.
What a fixer does in Spain
Permits
Filming permits
Streets, parks, beaches, roads, public buildings, drones. We deal with city film offices, councils and local police — paperwork, lead times, road closures, parking for unit vehicles.
Locations
Location scouting
We find it, photograph it, check it's actually filmable and lock it in — owners, contracts, access, power, noise, neighbours. Recces with your director when you need them.
Logistics
Transport & logistics
Vans, drivers, airport pickups, hotels, catering, unit base, equipment runs. Your people and your kit where they need to be, on time.
Crew
Hire crew
DPs, camera operators, sound, gaffers, grips, art department, styling, make-up, runners. Vetted people we've worked with — booked, contracted and paid through us.
Equipment
Kit & suppliers
Camera, lighting, grip and sound from trusted Spanish rental houses, plus studios, props and vehicles. Delivered, tested, ready.
On the day
Problem solving
The location owner who changes their mind. The permit that needs a stamp by 9am. The supplier who stopped answering. That's the actual job — and we're good at it.
Filming permits in Spain are issued by each city council and region — each with its own forms, rules and lead times, and almost all of it in Spanish. Barcelona works nothing like Madrid. The Canary Islands have their own customs rules for bringing kit in. Protected sites, beaches and drones each need separate authorisation.
A fixer who has done it before turns that into a checklist. We know which offices move fast, which need chasing, and what's realistic for your dates — so you don't find out on shoot day.
We've fixed shoots for brands like Coca-Cola, Zara, Adidas, Repsol, Sony Music, Mango, CaixaBank and Kia. Big brief or one-day job, same attention.

Fixer FAQ
A fixer is your local producer on the ground. We get the filming permits, find and lock the locations, book crew and kit, sort transport and accommodation, deal with councils, police, location owners and neighbours — and solve whatever goes sideways on the day. You bring the idea. We make Spain work for it.
For anything beyond a handheld shoot with no permits, yes — or at least you'll want one. Permits are handled by each city council and region, mostly in Spanish, each with its own rules and lead times. A fixer who has done it before saves you days of emails and the risk of losing a shoot date.
As early as you can. Simple public-space permits can move in days in some cities; central Barcelona or protected locations need several weeks. That said, last-minute is part of the job — tell us your dates and we'll be honest about what's possible.
Yes. Street and public-space permits, parks, beaches, roads, drones and protected heritage sites — we prepare the paperwork, deal with the city film offices and police, and coordinate road closures or parking when needed.
Yes. That's the other half of what we do. Camera, sound, lighting, art, styling, make-up, drivers, runners — vetted people we've worked with. One contact for fixing and crew, one invoice, Spanish payroll and taxes handled.
All of Spain. Madrid is home base, and we regularly work in Barcelona, Andalucía, Valencia, Alicante and the Canary Islands — plus anywhere else your brief takes you.
It depends on the number of days, locations and how much of the production you want us to handle — from a day rate for a single shoot to a full production service. Send us the brief and we'll come back with a clear, itemised quote.
